The Technical Direction Internship is a 12-month position with a possible second year extension. During the season, the Intern will act as draftsperson, carpenter, and ATD for all 15 productions produced during the season, and will supervise the set and running crews of students age 9-18 in our Youth Theatre Productions. The Technical Direction Intern will also assist the Technical Directors with the building and installation of scenery and rigging. This internship is a great opportunity to hone your skills by learning various rigging techniques, attending welding classes, improving drafting skills and using a wide variety of tools and techniques for scenery construction.
